Most new builds take 8 to 16 weeks from signed proposal to launch. The range depends on scope and on how quickly each phase is signed off. We do not start a phase until the previous one is resolved, which prevents rework and keeps the whole project shorter.
How the result is judged
A new site is judged by the enquiries it produces, not by how it looks at launch. We agree the measures during discovery and review them with you at 30 and 90 days after launch.
