A redesign for a site that works but does not convert
Your site functions, but it does not bring in the enquiries it should. A redesign starts from what the current site fails to communicate and why, not from a new colour palette.
Who this is for
A redesign suits a site whose foundations are sound but whose message, structure or path to enquiry is not.
- Traffic arrives, but few visitors get in touch.
- The site describes what you do but not why a buyer should choose you.
- Pages were added over the years and no longer follow a plan.
- The design looks dated next to the companies you compete with.
What you receive
The redesign keeps what the current site does well and replaces what it does not.
- 01
A diagnosis of the current site
Where visitors leave, which pages carry the enquiries, and what buyers cannot find.
- 02
A revised structure and content plan
Keeping what works and replacing what does not.
- 03
Approved designs
For every page that changes.
- 04
The rebuilt site on staging
Reviewed and signed off before launch.
- 05
A redirect plan
So existing search rankings and links carry over.
- 06
A performance summary
At 30 and 90 days after launch.
How it runs
A redesign follows the same signed-off phases as a new build, with a diagnosis of the existing site in place of a blank brief. Most run within the same 8 to 16 weeks, depending on how much of the current site is kept.
How the result is judged
The redesign is measured against the old site: enquiries, the pages that produce them, and search visibility before and after. Those baselines are recorded before work starts.
Questions
Rankings are protected by mapping every existing URL to its new address before launch and checking the redirects after it.
